This scenic overlook and wayside rest on Highway 55 offers spectacular views of the City of Glenwood and Lake Minnewaska. The dressed granite retaining walls were built in 1938 by the National Youth Administration. A geological marker describes the glacial action that sculpted the terrain on the Glacial Trail Scenic Byway.
